This website contains a variety of information regarding my experiences in motorcycle touring and maintenance. The site includes stories, photos, touring & maintenance resources, editorial comments and philosophical musings. The site is basically an act of hubris and includes a healthy amount of shameless self-promotion regarding myself and my two motorcycles: the Cruiser and the Vector.

What's New?
I will occasionally add content to this site. Consult this link for a history of what has been added.

What is a Cruise?

A Cruise is an escape. It can last 30 minutes or 30 days and absolutely does not require a destination. A Cruise expresses independence, limiting your resources to your machine and wits. It's a quest for adventure, daring fate to put something interesting around the next bend. A Cruise is never boring; it is a raw and undiluted experience with no roof, no airbag, and no climate control. A Cruise gives you isolation, without the a deserted island. It's meditation, with the drone of the motor serving as a mantra. It enriches our soul, helping us endure our day-to-day lives . . . until the next Cruise .
